We aren’t in Austin full time but wanted the kitchen, bathrooms, and backyard patio redone before our return this winter. Our kitchen renovation is underway, and Enso delivered stamped design plans quickly with Alix staying very hands-on through permitting. The city took time on approvals, but progress has been steady, and knowing our home will be ready by October is a huge relief. We have ring cameras up and we’ve seen the crew show up every morning and often work well into the evening and weekends.

We learned the hard way with other contractors… Enso Homes was a game changer. We had a terrible experience with a past contractor, low bid, then a $15,000 surprise mid-project. Huge relief to work with Enso. They coordinated everything for the mold remediation in our bathrooms and kitchen. Once that was wrapped up we got a super detailed breakdown of the complete moisture control solution, and what they used from the sub-floor to the ceiling. They installed amazing ventilation and dehumidification systems to keep these areas dry and they have a long-term prevention focus. We are very happy clients!

I was helping my parents find a contractor to remodel their home in Austin. It had been 15 years with no updates, so we had a pretty long list. We got bids from four different companies and Enso wasn’t the cheapest, and there’s a reason for that. The whole process with them was way easier than any of us expected. You really do get what you pay for. they honor deadlines, have very skilled teams, and the quality of work is OUTSTANDING. My parents are older and Preston handled all of their concerns, and questions thoroughly. They were never in the dark and neither was I, we are all super happy with the house.

We bought our home for the location, knowing it would need a full transformation. I had a vision, but no roadmap. Alix turned my ideas into a plan and created a cohesive, beautiful design concept. We paid a 30% deposit for our project to start (unsure if this varies by project size, ours was pretty big) and were billed in phases, so the next phase didn't start until we had approved the completion of the previous phase (which was easy!). They communicated clearly, and brought in great people every step of the way. The only delays came from suppliers/shipping. I am SO grateful we chose to work with Enso. We have our dream home, on our dream land, thanks to their hard work!

Alix understood what my wife and I wanted instantly. And Preston completely exceeded my expectations. Flawless results. Smooth design / remodel process. I was not present for the renovation, but was great coming back to checkout the new kitchen, new landscaping, and a thoughtful gift :)

My living room, bathrooms and kitchen were completed with the utmost attention to detail from the Enso team. I live in Lakeway and the house is great but older. I am truly so happy with everything, I didn’t think my house could look this good!! My kids love the refreshing new space when they bring my grand babies over & the non-toxic paints and whatnot make me feel better about having them here so soon after the work was done. We had Preston manage our project and he is an excellent communicator, very very kind and professional. I will be looking forward to the next project which is my outdoor kitchen and pool! I normally don’t leave reviews but i was truly blown away by how nice the whole process was, I will say I was on vacation during the kitchen remodel and they sent updates every day!

When I first moved to Austin I knew I wanted a traditional home close to the city that we could renovate, but I wanted to find my renovation company before we closed. I had a really clear vision for what I wanted but no idea where to start. This is where Enso comes in! Alix met with me at the house and she immediately understood the look I wanted and started explaining the different techniques, materials, and suppliers she'd start working with and within a few days I was selecting from the gorgeous samples she got for me and we knocked out design within 2 weeks!! They preserved the soul of the house and it still has it's elegant charm and the little crafted details our family fell in love with, but with all the wellness upgrades I wanted. They used zero-VOC paints, completely re-did my HAVC system and re-designed all of the ventilation for better airflow and air quality, made sure mold-resistant materials were used in my kitchen and all the bathrooms (super important with my kids!!), all custom millwork and zero-VOC paint on on the cabinets, re-did our roof, dealt with all appliance ordering and installation, saved and repurposed the original wood floors in our master, handled restoring the exteriors, and set up my sauna in the backyard! Preston was simply the BEST project manager and his team worked really well together. So glad we worked with Enso :)

Needed a full kitchen gut and they delivered on demo, handled all the design services, and the project management was excellent. They saved and refurbished the existing solid oak cabinets with their millwork partner and I really appreciated that. Good people and honest.

They did all of our design and contracting work for our bathroom remodel. It was convenient to have everything under one umbrella and we love the finished result.

I worked with Enso on my living room and bathrooms. I wanted a balance of modern & cozy and they brought a lot of design expertise, I love the new floors. Marble install in bathrooms was handled very skillfully & they did the rainfall and body jet installation as well. Wonderful experience, five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
